Seafood Ramen

I had a heavy lunch earlier today and was full even when i got home just now. So i decided to cook some ramen. Been craving for ramen lately. However, didn't feel like having kimchi ramen, so i change the soup base to chicken stock.


My mum cook some homemade fishball soup so i used most of the ingredients. I boiled about 2 cups of water, add a cube of chicken stock, bring the broth to boil and i add some prawns and the ramen, and when its almost cooked, i break an egg and let it cook for about a min before turning off the heat and top off the dish with some fishball and fish roe. The ramen was springy right up to the last slurp. Just a simple ramen dish on rainy days... yum yum...
